Stoned Organic Meal

In this meal succulent ringer breasts and deer back strap butt any duck or deer part will do. The only exotic thing is the means to get homegrown organic meat into a state to be overwhelmingly pleasing to the taste buds and joyful machinations of the digestive juices.
So my vector is an earthenware disk which I heat on the stove top to be later placed on the dinner table to leisurely cook the yummy game.
Duck breasts sliced in quarter of an inch
Essence of the gods(olive oil)
Soy sauce
Tarragon
Oregano
Garlic
Salt and pepper

Sink the duck parts in milk for 24hr in the refrigerator. Then make a marinade with tarragon, oregano, minced g0arlic and equal parts of soy sauce and essence of the gods. Do not use any other vegetable oil or you testicles will shribble into insignificance. Of course this is after the ringers are allowed to languish at least a week in the fridge(wife allowing). Now they are ready to meet their destiny.

A venison portion. Do not mess with this, no preparation needed other than aging for about a week.

For the venison. Heat the stone with kosher salt on it's surface till it's hot.
For the duck just a plain heated stone.
Get the family or friends situated on the table with the stones in the center.
Break out the beer or any mind altering substance that is pleasing.
Place the yummy bits of organic meat on the stones to be cooked barely, for we all know that wild game is sweeter when just tender to the poke of the fork.
Cook just enough portions, at a time ,as you eat to recount how the meat came to rest on the table.
The side dishes depends on your usual glycemic intake.

Re: Stoned Organic Meal

if you look online, there's numerous companies that make grill stones. I seem to remember jimmy using an earthenware one though. I may be incorrect....had a few tugs of the medicinal bag that night.
