Grilled Duck Breast

Here is one of my favorite recipes, let me know what you think.

This recipe is for preparing 8 to 10 duck breasts.
Add all dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix together. Add Olive oil to a Gallon zip lock freezer bag, mix in the dry ingredients. Add duck breasts one at a time, Ensure breasts are coated with marinade. Marinade for two full days. Grill breast until medium rare. If breasts are cooked past medium rare they will begin to taste like liver.

Ingredients
Grill Mates (Montreal Seasoning) 1TBS
Fresh Rosemary 2 to 3 TBS
Dill Weed 1/2 TSP
Thyme Leaves 1/2 TSP
Onion Powder 1/2 TSP
Granulated Garlic 1/4 TSP
Savory 1/8 TSP
Cumin Pinch
Marjoram Pinch
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3/4 cup

Re: Grilled Duck Breast

Excellent choice of ingredients EXCEPT for onion powder which is a well known cause of Low T. A terrible scourge of the unwearied.
